Heavy-Duty Manual Operator for Precise Valve Control

Flow-Tek’s FTG Series manual gear operators are designed for the most demanding applications and guarantee years of trouble-free service and reliability. The FTG Series gear operator features a ductile iron housing, aluminum bronze sector gear, and a steel worm gear input shaft supported by tapered roller bearings on both ends. Adjustable travel stops provide precise adjustment in the open and closed positions. The housing is weather-sealed, completely isolating internal components from the atmosphere. All models include a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-read valve position indicator. All models are self-locking and can be held in any position. All FTG Series operators are drilled and tapped to ISO 5211 mounting dimensions.
