Introducing the Bray Series 04 manual gear operator for 2” - 48” (50mm - 1200mm) valves in heavy-duty on/off and throttling applications. The Series 04 is self-lubricating for smooth, trouble-free operation. The rugged cast iron housing with O-ring stem seals provides weatherproof protection to IP65. A self-locking worm and worm gear drive holds the valve in the desired position. Features include an easy-to-operate handwheel, a valve position indicator, and multiple mechanical travel stops that can be field-adjusted to set specific valve rotation angles. Optional sprocket attachment, lockout kit, and 2” square nut version available.
