High-Performance Double-Offset Valve for Low-Pressure Steam Applications
The Bray/McCannalok 41R series high-performance butterfly valve is designed for the sugar industry, delivering proven reliability and extremely easy field maintenance. Independent and internal testing has demonstrated the superior lifecycle performance of Bray/McCannalok butterfly valves, achieving zero-leakage sealing for over 100,000 cycles. This valve incorporates the proven design features of standard Bray/McCannalok butterfly valves, recognized as the leading double-offset valve design for over 30 years, in a lighter and more economical configuration specifically engineered for low-pressure steam in evaporators. The valve can be used alongside standard high-pressure Bray/McCannalok butterfly valves and shares the same spare parts, reducing the need for special or different inventory. Bray/McCannalok’s exclusive patented design was awarded Chemical Processing’s Vaaler Award for Best Product shortly after its introduction. Bray/McCannalok valves can be easily automated with manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators.
