Series 63 Solenoid Valve

The Bray Series 63 uses a NAMUR direct mount interface compliant with VDI/VDE 3845 mounting standards, designed for direct installation on Bray 92/93 Series pneumatic actuators to provide on/off control for valve assemblies.

This series can be converted between 3/2-way and 5/2-way functions via an interchangeable port configuration plate, suitable for both single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuators. Single-acting actuators typically use 3/2-way function, while double-acting actuators may select 5/2-way depending on air circuit requirements. Specific configuration should be confirmed based on actual model and application conditions.

This series is suitable for clean, dry gas media. The high-flow version has an operating pressure of 22 to 130 psi (1.5 to 9 bar); UL recognized models have an operating pressure of 30 to 130 psi (2 to 9 bar). AC models have an ambient temperature range of -25°C to +60°C, DC models -25°C to +25°C.

The Series 63 can be supplied with explosion-proof coil options meeting Class I Div I standards for hazardous location applications. Products carry CSA, CE certification, with UL recognition on certain models. Hazardous area model and certification applicability should be confirmed based on the specific model.

In outdoor or humid environments, prioritize confirming the protection configuration of the selected model. The Series 63 weatherproof models offer NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X protection ratings, with NPT and IP65 DIN connection options. Install using NAMUR direct mount and ensure a clean dry gas supply for stable operation.
