Product Overview
Designed for high-pressure slurry with Bray SlurryShield technology
Advanced SlurryShield Technology for Enhanced Durability and Performance
The Bray Series 767 knife gate valve is designed for high-pressure slurry applications. Equipped with advanced Bray SlurryShield technology, it excels in abrasive and corrosive industrial environments, ensuring optimal performance. The body is constructed from durable WCB castings for excellent durability and extended service life. Its wafer-style bolted body design facilitates easy installation and maintenance while maintaining high performance standards. The Series 767 features a push-through gate design that ensures bidirectional zero-leakage sealing, making it ideal for industries such as mining, pulp and paper, general industry, power, and cement. The two elastomeric sleeves are replaceable components, extending the service life of the body, gate, and bonnet. Maintenance can be performed in the field without sending the asset for repair, avoiding extended downtime. The valve is equipped with natural rubber or EPDM sleeves for wear and corrosion resistance. A variety of gate materials are available, including 316 stainless steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel, and 17-4 stainless steel, to meet different pressure class requirements.
