Features and Benefits
A Anti-Static
Static discharge via anti-static design. (Grounding device and top flange drilling available only in NE 167 design).
B Stem Design
High-strength stem design includes blowout protection for safe operation and extended service life.
C Stem Bushing
Non-corrosive heavy-duty acetal bushing absorbs actuator side thrust.
D Digital Tag
Each valve is easily and uniquely identifiable by scanning the QR code on the product identification tag per IEC 61406.
E Bearings
PTFE-impregnated steel bearings precisely align upper and lower stems.
F Stem Seal System
Dynamic load, self-adjusting packing design with primary and secondary dual seal mechanisms meeting the most stringent fugitive emission requirements.
G Seat
Unique fluoropolymer (minimum 3mm thickness) seat geometry reduces seating and unseating torque while minimizing wear on contacting parts.
H Seat Energizer
Elastomeric seat energizer fully surrounds the seat, including the disc hub, providing uniform mechanical performance for zero-leakage capability.
I Disc
Disc encapsulated in fluoropolymer material (minimum 3mm thickness) for excellent sealing performance against the most corrosive media.
