Bray Tri Lok®: Reliable Isolation Valve for High-Pressure and High-Temperature Conditions

The Bray Tri Lok® valve is a high-performance butterfly valve designed for extreme service applications. Its cam-like triple-offset geometry eliminates friction between the seat and seal ring, reducing wear and extending service life, while the torque-sealed metal-to-metal seal ensures reliable bidirectional zero-leakage sealing.
Unique Feature: The splined disc/stem connection prevents misalignment, supports axial movement, and maintains seal integrity.
Performance: Operating temperature range from -320°F to 842°F (-196°C to 450°C) with pressure ratings up to ASME Class 150-900.

This connection prevents common misalignment issues of rigidly connected discs and stems, minimizes hysteresis, eliminates external connections and associated hardware, and simplifies assembly and disassembly.
