Product Overview
Ensuring bubble-tight sealing for corrosive and industrial media, guaranteeing reliable shut-off
3W/3L Series Resilient Butterfly Valve for Global Industrial Applications
The Bray 3W/3L series is a resilient seated butterfly valve designed for automation-ready performance in high cycle applications. Its one-piece body with a molded resilient seat ensures pressure stability and long-term bubble-tight sealing, even under demanding piping conditions.
3W/3L valve features:
- ISO 5211 compliant top flange for direct actuator mounting.
- One-piece disc and stem design reduces hysteresis and improves control precision.
- Teardrop-shaped flange sealing for consistent and secure mating with various flange types.
- Lug body design supports dead-end installation for greater flexibility.
The 3W/3L series valves have a temperature range of -20°F to 250°F (-29°C to 121°C) and are compatible with BUNA-N and EPDM elastomers, stainless steel or nylon-coated discs, trusted in HVAC, desalination, steam, sour gas, and vacuum applications. With Bray’s global support and automation solutions, it provides cost-effective and reliable isolation for industries worldwide.

Features and Benefits
A Molded-in Seat
Tightly controlled molding process produces accurate and repeatable dimensions, which leads to consistently lower torques over the valve’s lifetime.
B Profiled Disc
Precision-machined disc sealing edge extends valve life by reducing wear during disc-to-seat contact when sealing.
C Reliable Flange Sealing
Teardrop-shaped seat surface provides tight sealing with various industrial flanges.
D End of Line Capability
Lug-style valves can seal at full rated pressure even when the downstream flange is removed.
E Upper and Lower Stem Bearings
Reduce operating torque and increase reliability in high cycle applications.
