High-Performance Valve for Petrochemical and Power Sectors
Tri Lok® is the preferred isolation valve for vacuum to high-pressure applications. The zero-friction metal seal ring provides zero-leakage bidirectional sealing with minimal torque and is fire-test certified. Compared to gate, globe, or ball valves of the same size and pressure class, Tri Lok saves space and reduces weight while minimizing installation and maintenance costs.

Offers a flexible design and wide range of materials to provide torque-loaded sealing with zero leakage. (Solid packing ring optional).
E Splined Disc-to-Stem Connection
A robust and reliable connection that allows the stem to move axially independent of the disc, protecting the disc/stem connection from temperature fluctuations and pressure effects. This connection prevents common misalignment issues of rigidly connected discs and stems, minimizes hysteresis, eliminates external connections and associated hardware, and simplifies assembly and disassembly.
F Stem Packing
Fully-adjustable, field-replaceable stem packing is certified to international fugitive emission standards.
G Blowout-Proof Stem
One-piece stem features blowout prevention ring located outside of the pressure boundary, as well as redundant blowout prevention mechanisms.
H Indexed Stem
Provides visual indication of disc/packing ring position after installation.
I Extended Stem Bearings
Hardened bearings provide maximum stem support.
